| Who are we?

Purpose

The Collegiate 100 is an auxiliary organization that extends the mission of our parent organization, The 100 Black Men, onto college and university campuses across America. Male and female students, who are in academic good standing and who have a passion to mentor and deliver community service, are eligible to become members of a Collegiate 100 chapter. The Collegiate 100 Women strive to increase and provide opportunities to empower and improve the quality of life for women and influence development at all levels of society.

Mission

Our mission is to support the sponsoring chapter of The 100 Black Men in their efforts to nurture and enhance the growth and development of young African American men and women in diverse communities.

Vision

Our vision is to ensure the growth and success of young, college-aged women by developing and implementing programs which are focused around our four pirinciples that serve as a means toguide them through their journey into adulthood, creating constructive communities for future generations.

Values

Based on the values instilled in us by The  100 Black Men, we believe that it is important to aid in helping to develop talented students as they pursue academic excellence and leadership. The 100 is nurturing competent young men and women to become the next generation of scholars, civic leaders, planners, artists, business leaders and scientists. As members of The Collegiate 100, students gain a greater appreciation and value for the mission and goals of 100 Black Men.
