  • You are required to scan and email your unofficial transcript after you submit your application to the University of Houston Collegiate 100 Women’s Membership Account uh.c100women.membership@gmail.com, please put your Last, First name on the document and peoplesoft number.

    • ​If you are a freshman or transfer student you are still required to send an unofficial transcript after the fall semester is over. If you fail to send your unofficial transcript we will dismiss your application for membership.

  • Two sources of recommendation

    • (One must be from UH faculty or staff member) We will send your recommenders an evaluation/recommendation form via email.

    • Please make sure that you have both of your recommenders email address, before you start your application. It is a required section for you to submit their email address.

  • After , you submit your application and unofficial transcript , we will call/email you to confirm an interview date and time between November 28th-30th. In the application you are to choose which day and time works best for you , however this does not mean this is your interview date and time please wait for confirmation from the women’s membership board.

  • Applications close Nov. 20th!

Membership Requirements

Any persons interested in Membership with The Collegiate 100 Women at the University of Houston must adhere to the following:

 

1. Be enrolled as a current full-time student at the University of Houston-Main with at LEAST 2 Semesters remaining of Undergraduate career at the time of application.

2. Applicants must be a student in good standing with the university and possess a Cumulative GPA of 2.5 (in a 4.0 system)

3. Submit a completed Application for Membership. This Includes application, two recommendation letters one MUST be from a faculty member at the University of Houston, unofficial transcript, and headshot.

4. Have a positive record of community inolvement and extracurricular activities.

5. Attend a minimum of 4 Events during Collegiate Week Events (October 18-24, 2015). This also includes authorized alternative events.

6. Complete a formal panel interview.

7. Participate in an Event Parntership with current member.

8. Attend New Member Orientation.

9. Attend Pinning Ceremony and Gala.
